Good location. Okayish stay. Positive: Property location was 10/10 and the staff were kind and helpful. The apartment itself was comfortable in the sense of it having air conditioning, a bed and a bathroom. Negative: Everything in the apartment was “janky”. Lights that only worked when they wanted to, broken items including the curtains, door stoppers, a shower with no hooks, or places to place your shower items, and a tv that did not work unless for YouTube videos. Everything was over used and a bit run down. Also, there was hair around the place that would show up randomly and rust/grime that was noticeable in the bathroom area. Other items around the place seemed extremely used and were worn or broken down like the couch, dish washer, washing/drying machine, and when we came in there was no water in the apartment until we reached out to the front desk where they had to show us to restart the system.

Positive: Le concierge, à notre arrivé et notre départ, était très sympathique. Le garage facile d'accès. Le logement était bien équipé pour la faire la cuisine. À 5 minutes à pied du Vieux-Québec et de la rue St-Jean. Lit confortable. Negative: La circulation sur l'avenue Honoré-Mercier, en soirée. Mais nous sommes au centre-ville, c'est le prix à payer. Cependant, la nuit, l'avenue était même calme.

Nette Unterkunft mit viel Luft nach oben, vorteilhaft der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenplatz. Positive: Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig Negative: Sauberkeit des Apartments nicht besonders. Wenig Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden, teilweise beschädigt.

An absolute gem of an apartment in Quebec! Positive: Everything about this property was absolutely amazing. The apartment was just incredible and really well set out. We will definitely stay here again! Great value for money for a property of this calibre! Oh and the reception staff were just WONDERFUL! AAA+++ Negative: Nothing - it was absolutely PERFECT

Wonderful unit. It was modern, clean, great views and location / proximity to tourist areas. Positive: Room was as described (modern / clean / well appointed), great views from the windows and location was excellent in relationship to the tourist areas. Negative: Immediately surrounding the condo was a bit rough (graffiti, unkept empty buildings and homeless). Also, most of the gym equipment provided in the building unit was either broken or breaking.

Amazing Stay in Super Clean and Modern Studio - Wonderful Location! Positive: The location was perfect, so easily to walk to all the big sites and an easy Uber ride from the airport. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was fabulous, especially Rachel! Apartment super clean, spacious, washer and dryer included with stocked kitchen for easy stay. Will stay again when we are back in Quebec City!
